1. Shipping

• Shipping costs within Germany are €4.50 per order.
• For orders over €50.00, we offer free shipping.
• Processing time until readiness for dispatch is usually up to 12 hours.
• Delivery time is usually 6 to 8 working days, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description.
•  Shipping is handled by DHL, Deutsche Post, or DPD, depending on availability.
• Partial deliveries remain reserved to a reasonable extent.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.
