Returns & Refunds
At menstoff, your satisfaction is very important to us. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it easily.
Return Period
You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to return an item.
Requirements for a Return
- The item is unworn and unwashed
- All tags are still attached
- The item is in its original packaging
How to Make a Return
- Contact us by email at info@menstoff.de with your order number
- You will receive return instructions from us
- Package the item securely and send it to the specified address
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days
Refund
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used. The buyer bears the return shipping costs, unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
Exceptions
The following items are excluded from exchange:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
