1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the "menstoff" online shop with

Consumers within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions are any natural persons who conclude a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.
By clicking the "Buy Now" button or a similarly clearly worded order button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart.
The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending a shipping confirmation by email or by dispatching the goods.
The automatic order confirmation merely documents that your order has been received by us and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.

Contract language and storage of the contract text
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is exclusively German.
We store the contract text and send you the order data as well as these General Terms and Conditions by email during the order processing.
5. Prices
and shipping costs
All prices are final prices in Euro and include the statutory VAT.
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. The applicable shipping costs are stated separately in the ordering process.
6. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

- PayPal
- Klarna
- Credit card
- Sofort / Sofortüberweisung
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise specified for the respective payment method.

Delivery and delivery conditions
Delivery is exclusively within Germany to the delivery address you provide.
The delivery time is generally 6 to 8 days, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description.
If no copies of the product you have selected are available at the time of your order, we will inform you immediately.
Partial deliveries are permissible, provided this is reasonable for you.
8.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
9.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Details can be found in the separate cancellation policy on our website.
10.
Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health due to a wilful or negligent breach of duty by us or a legal representative or vicarious agent of ours.
Furthermore, we are liable without limitation for damages based on a wilful or grossly negligent breach of duty by us or a legal representative or vicarious agent of ours.
In the event of slight negligence in the breach of essential contractual obligations, we shall only be liable for the typical, foreseeable damage. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose observance the customer may regularly rely.
Any further liability is excluded, as far as legally permissible.
Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
12. Promotional vouchers and discount campaigns
Promotional vouchers and other discount campaigns may be offered for a limited period and seasonally.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional vouchers are only valid for the specified period and can only be redeemed once per order.
Cash payment of promotional vouchers or discount values is excluded.
Subsequent crediting to already completed orders is excluded.
In the event of misuse or justified suspicion of misuse, we reserve the right not to accept promotional vouchers and discount campaigns.
13. Dispute resolution / consumer arbitration
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
14. Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the state in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected, as long as an application is not already excluded.
15. Final provisions
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
